The Firestones have been in the car business for 33 years, starting at Jim Herrin Pontiac in 1978 as seniors in high school. Before purchasing the Tuffy Auto Service Center, they worked for 16 years at Findlay Ford Lincoln Mercury, now Reineke Ford, where John was the Used Car Service Manager and Rhonda worked in the title office.
Tuffy Auto Service Center is a locally owned and family run service center. When John and Rhonda are fortunate enough to be able to sneak away for a day or two, their son, Brenton is in charge and also does a wonderful job with customer satisfaction. John and Rhonda take great pride in the community and make numerous donations to community events. They are a very patriotic family and greatly support the military and military families. The lobby is filled with numerous awards and accomplishments. Their loyal customer's admire the "Old Fashion Mom and Pop" feel of the shop.
The Findlay Tuffy Auto Service Center is a full service automobile and light truck maintenance facility with a crew of knowledgeable and professional technicians. Our facility works on all makes and models of vehicle and offer oil, changes, brakes, tires, exhaust work, scheduled maintenance, fluid replacement, shocks, struts, batteries and engine repair.
